Meet Ethan - Our Founder
Ethan Satkowski
This is Ethan Satkowski, Founder of Shiftly Auto.
Ethan started in the automotive industry at 18 years old. He quickly excelled to top salesman at his dealership through his marketing strategies he managed for himself as well as relentlessly training under Andy Elliott. Ethan realized an issue with the car industry and how he could create a product that would help countless salesmen and dealerships across the U.S.
Once the software was created Ethan set out to start Shiftly where he was able to land an endorsement with Andy Elliott, given the ideology behind what he had created.. 6 months later after Ethan had grown the business to $50k a month Andy & Ethan formed a partnership, a joint effort to grow Shiftly together and help as many salesmen and business owners as possible.
Shiftly is now in multiple different industries helping over 1,000 salesmen and business owners scale to 6, 7, & 8 figures. Including; Automotive, Real Estate, Powersports, RV, Roofing, Door-To-Door, Solar, Consulting, Coaching, DJ, Fitness, Health, & Many More.
Ethan has been able to grow Shiftly, with the help of his team to over $100k a month in less than a year of opening... Ethan has learned the ins and outs of Facebook Ads (Shiftly’s Primary Source of Leads) as well as automations, email marketing, customer data tracking/attribution, software, and branding.
Shiftly has maintained a growth rate of over 20%+ month over month since inception, and a client retention rate of 87%.

Ethan
Ethan (pictured in the center) is the founder at Shiftly. He specializes in everything Shiftly has to offer. Not only being able to talk about our programs but also knows the ins and outs as to how and why they work.
Ethan's role is split. He spends most of his time managing the business, managing the team, managing clients, and walking future clients through our programs over the phone or zoom.
Dawson
Dawson (pictured far left) is a coach for Shiftly. He specializes in everything Shiftly has to offer, walking clients through which plan they need, if any, in their business, how it works, and guiding them through the process when they invest in the program.
He has been a huge asset to the Shiftly Team!
Logan
Logan (pictured second to far left) is a coach for Shiftly. He specializes in everything Shiftly has to offer, walking clients through which plan they need, if any, in their business, how it works, and guiding them through the process when they invest in the program. Additionally, Logan helps on the backend of the business. Automations, onboarding, occasional web design, etc.
He has been a huge asset to the Shiftly Team!
Brandon
Brandon (second from far right) is a coach for Shiftly. He specializes in everything Shiftly has to offer, walking clients through which plan they need, if any, in their business, how it works, and guiding them through the process when they invest in the program.
