Taylor Automotive Group is a franchise dealership with three locations. We came in contact with them in the early months of 2024. We interviewed Jim and Jerry. Jerry explained that one of the reasons they were looking for other sources of marketing was because they wanted to increase sales and supply the salesmen with more leads.

Problem 1:

The frustration was with the same lead generation methods not producing enough for the store. Sometimes the leads don't answer the phone, or they book appointments and don't show..

Problem 2:

Jerry mentioned that his salesmen were already using Facebook Marketplace to generate leads and were selling a few cars from it but the biggest hurdle for them was the time factor. Because of how extensive the process is with listing manually, the reps were only able to post 1-2 cars a day.
